Our key focus areas include 2Wheeler Rental: Renting electric two-wheelers to delivery personnel and vendors' 2Wheeler Sales: Selling electric two-wheelers to businesses and individuals.Blue-Collar Hiring: Recruiting delivery riders for platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.Job Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and hiring delivery riders for major delivery platforms.Hiring via Portals & Marketing: Utilizing job portals, social media, ads, and other marketing channels for candidate outreach.Client Handling: Engaging with vendors and clients to meet their hiring and workforce needs.Fleet Management: Ensuring two-wheeler rental services are efficiently allocated to delivery riders.Database Management: Maintaining an updated record of hired candidates and their deployment.Coordination & Onboarding: Managing interview scheduling, document verification, and onboarding processes.Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or fleet management (Freshers & Freelancers can apply).Skills: Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with hiring through job portals, social media, and digital marketing.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.Preferred: Candidates with experience in hiring for logistics/delivery roles.
