Krishna Consultancy in Nikol Nr Kia Showroom, Ahmedabad is currently hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential talent, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and supporting the organization’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, update, and maintain job descriptions for various roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (telephonic/video/in-person), and assess candidate compatibility.

• Publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and social channels.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment formalities are completed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: 6Month to 3 years in HR recruitment or similar roles.

• Proficiency in resume databases and sourcing techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to make sound hiring decisions and work under deadlines.
