Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Experience: Minimum 6 months
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
Handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ensuring timely hiring as per company requirements.
Building a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Assisting in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
