HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Identify and attract top talent through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.

• Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
