HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment:  Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.  Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.  Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.  Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidate skills and experience, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.  Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status. Onboarding:  Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.  Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access. Employee Records:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and benefits.  Ensure all employee documentation is properly filed and stored Administrative support:  Perform general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance.  Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed. Employee Engagement:  Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team- building activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  06 months to 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Strong organizational and time management skills.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Experience in social media recruitment (LinkedIn, etc.).
