Job Description
· Planning recruitment strategies to meet the business objectives
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions.
· Arranging & coordinating online/ offline interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
· Contributing in all phases of the recruitment life cycle.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with client partners.
· Identifying, suggesting small changes in system to improve monitoring or improvement needs.
· Should have strong analytical and logical abilities.
· Collaborate with other team members to meet targets and push business forward.
