Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily operations of the HR department. This role will involve handling a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative duties related to payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
o Assist in managing the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure effective recruitment.
o Help in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Employee Engagement:
o Support the development and execution of employee engagement activities, including recognition programs and team-building events.
o Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve employee satisfaction.
o Act as a point of contact for employees to raise concerns or provide suggestions related to workplace culture
Onboarding:
o Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
o Ensure new employees are properly introduced to company policies, culture, and benefits.
o Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation for new hires.
Administrative and Payroll Support:
o Payroll Processing: Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring the accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, and deductions (including Provident Fund contributions).
o Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain and update employee attendance records, track leaves, and ensure timely approvals for time-off requests.
o Employee Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
