Job Title: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (Immediate Joiners Only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for BPO, tele

calling, and non-IT profiles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mass

recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to fulfill high-volume hiring

requirements efficiently. This is an in-house hiring role, and we are looking for immediate

joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for BPO, Tele calling, and Non-IT profiles.

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

 Conduct telephonic screenings to shortlist potential candidates.

 Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.

 Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

 Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

 Work in a fast-paced environment to close multiple positions within deadlines.

Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in bulk hiring, especially in BPO & NonIT domains.

 Strong hands-on experience in tele calling for recruitment.

 Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume hiring.

 Immediate joiners preferred.
