The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding hiring needs quickly, sourcing relevant talent, negotiating offers confidently, and ensuring timely closures for all sales positions.
Collaborate with sales team leads to understand current and future hiring needs.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for real estate sales roles through portals, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitment based on job role and company culture.
Negotiate salary and joining conditions with shortlisted candidates.
Ensure minimum turnaround time from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Track hiring metrics and maintain regular reports.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate or sales domain.
Strong understanding of sales profiles and the ability to assess candidates accordingly.
Confident negotiator – able to handle salary discussions and close candidates effectively.
Quick decision-maker with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to fulfill hiring requirements ASAP without compromising on quality.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience and performance.
