Job Description:

- Finding candidates: Sourcing potential candidates through social media, job boards.

- Screening applications: Reviewing resumes and application forms to identify the best candidates.

- ⁠Interviewing candidates: Conducting interviews by phone

- Creating job listings: Writing and updating job descriptions and posting them on the job boards.

Responsibilities:

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you!

Requirements:

- 12th pass & Graduation .

- 6-1 years experience In HR.

- Communication skills & attention to detail.

Work Environment:

- 10:00am to 7:00pm.

- Shift timings: Day.

Salary:-

- ₹15000 With 20 Joining’s
