Stallions Proptech Solutions (A real estate Sales & Marketing firm) in Mumbai, Andheri West (Oshiwara) is looking for a HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing relevant CVs, identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads, schedule interviews, follow-up for documents and conducting reference checks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹20000 along with career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Create and update job descriptions.Source and engage candidates through online platforms.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates.Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.Schedule interviews and followup with candidates for documentsJob Requirements:Candidates must have Graduate and 0-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Good communication skills, strong followup skills, and ability to work on Google Sheets / MS Excel are essential. Location: Andheri West (Oshiwara - Lokhandwalla), MumbaiMonday to Saturday11:00 am to 7:00 pm
