Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other online/offline resources.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' qualifications based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely closures of job vacancies.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• BMS/BBA/BCom or Any Graduation preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, portals and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong database management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize hiring needs.
• Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
