Job Description:

•     Source potential candidates from various Job Portals

•     Handling End to End Recruitment process (Pan India)

•     Responsible for full recruitment process: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

•     Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

•     Experience with sourcing techniques with high turn-up ratio.

•     Screening resume & end to end recruitment.

•     Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•     Familiar with online job posting tools.

•     Must be a Graduate or PG

•     Must have experience in IT/Non IT Hiring's especially in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Sales Industry, etc.

•     Good HR functional knowledge.

•     Immediate Joiner preferred.

•     Must be proficient in English (verbal & Written)
