We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Source candidates using job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in person.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
Provide feedback to candidates and update them on their application status.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Organize and manage interview schedules for different departments.
Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers.
Administer skill assessments and personality tests where applicable.
Gather and document interview feedback from hiring managers.
Assist in preparing job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
Ensure all required documents and background checks are completed.
Facilitate smooth onboarding, including orientation and paperwork processing.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in multiple department hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Experience in high-volume recruitment.
Familiarity with employer branding and social media hiring strategies.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
