Job Role: HR Recruiter
1. Job Requisition & Posting: Receive and review job requisitions from the HR Manager.
& Post job openings on job portals and social media channels.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate interview details and gather feedback after each round.
4. Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Address any queries related to compensation, role, or benefits.
5. Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires complete necessary documentation.
- Assist in the orientation process to provide a smooth onboarding experience.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly recruitment reports to the HR Manager.
7. Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements and participate in regular training sessions.
