HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.

• Create and post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).

• Source and screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.

• Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates.

• Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

• Stay up-to-date on employment laws and industry trends in recruitment.
