Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions.

Source and engage candidates through online platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.

Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.

Qualifications:

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits

Personnel Management experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Interest in the software industry is a plus

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
