Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Offer & Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong knowledge of hiring trends, job portals, and social media recruiting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
Experience in bulk hiring for sales
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
