Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Onboarding & Orientation

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation.
Handle employee documentation and contracts.
Employee Relations

Address employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Provide feedback and training support.
HR Policies & Compliance

Develop and enforce HR policies.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
Training & Development

Organize training programs to enhance employee skills.
Identify development needs across teams.
HR Administration

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports on HR metrics.
Minimum Experience: 1 year to 2 year in an HR role.(HR RECRUITER OR HR EXECUTIVE))
