Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.
2. Onboarding & Training:
Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Create role-specific learning and development plans.
3. Employee Engagement & Retention:
Implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and develop action plans based on results.
Organize team-building activities and events to promote engagement.
4. Performance Management:
Establish and maintain a performance appraisal system.
Work with managers to set KPIs and review employee performance regularly.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
5. Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and handbooks in alignment with legal requirements.
Manage grievances and disciplinary processes fairly and transparently.
6. Payroll & Benefits Management:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
7. HR Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and engagement.
Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
