Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on IT hiring (60-70% of role).
Source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process for roles across multiple functions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive the recruitment strategy.
Employee Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and familiar with company policies.
Employee Relations:
Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Offer guidance on HR policies, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive working environment.
Employee Engagement:
Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities to maintain a vibrant company culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll, leave management, and ensure proper documentation.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track HR metrics and report trends, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes based on data analysis.
