Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Diamond Heritage Building, Howrah.
Reports To: Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize office floor operations while serving as the critical link between employees and the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience, a proven ability to lead a team of 100+ employees, and exceptional organizational skills to manage and update the MD on all operational matters. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ employees, ensuring smooth operations and high performance on the office floor.

• Act as the primary liaison between employees and the MD, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Manage and update the MD on all operational activities, progress, and challenges.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

• Resolve escalated issues and challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering professional growth and development.

• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve operational goals.
