Payroll Executive

Bloofeild Management Service LLP in Pune, Tingre nagar is looking for an experienced Payroll Executive / Compliance Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Calculating and distributing employee salaries, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions. 

• Accuracy and Compliance: Ensuring payroll data is accurate and that all payroll-related activities comply with relevant laws and company policies. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and updated records of all payroll transactions, including employee data and financial records. 

• Tax Reporting: Preparing and filing payroll-related tax returns and reports. 

• Benefit Administration: Managing and administering employee benefits, including enrollments and changes. 

• Problem Solving: Promptly and efficiently resolving payroll issues and queries. 

• Communication: Communicating with employees about payroll-related concerns and providing support as needed. 

• Collaboration: Working with HR and other departments to ensure accurate data and efficient workflows. 

• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and delivering payroll reports and analytics to stakeholders. 

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Post Graduate and 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
