Candidate Sourcing and Management:
Identifying and connecting with potential consultants, managing their profiles and availability, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Client Relationship Management:
Understanding client requirements, building relationships, and presenting consultant profiles that meet their needs.
Sales and Negotiation:
Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates, collaborating with internal teams, and closing deals with clients.
Placement and Onboarding:
Coordinating interview schedules, ensuring smooth transitions for consultants, and following up on placements to ensure success.
Industry Knowledge and Market Research:
Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to effectively advise clients and identify new opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and generating reports as needed.
