Roles & Responsibilities:

●     Sourcing relevant candidates from Job portals & social media.

●     Communicate to the sourced candidates via cold calling and explaining. the Job descriptions to candidate (s).

●     Keeping the call record in Tracker ( excel sheet or google sheet ).

●     Lining up the right candidate( shortlisted ) for candidate for interview.

●     Follow up with the candidate.

●     Follow up with client also.

●      Experience required in operating job portals.

●      Experience in IT Recruitment

●      Data Management: Maintain and update candidates databases and  recruitment records.

●  Email writing.
