Job Description: IT & Non-IT Recruiter
We are looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Executives (both IT & Non-IT) who want to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to team success, and grow their recruitment career.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, role fitment, salary expectations, and notice period.
Shortlisting & Coordination
Share shortlisted profiles with internal teams or clients for review.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers (virtual or in-person).
Brief candidates about the interview process and follow up on availability.
Prepare candidate summaries highlighting strengths, concerns, and salary/notice period info.
Interview Management
Schedule and track interviews with timely reminders.
Collect interview feedback and update trackers.
Share feedback with candidates, keep them engaged, and manage expectations.
Offer Rollout & Follow-Up
Negotiate CTC as per budget and ensure candidate alignment.
Prepare and send offer letters when required (in collaboration with HR/Admin).
Follow up post-offer till joining and ensure proper onboarding handover.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate candidate records in Excel or ATS.
Update daily/weekly hiring reports and dashboards.
Track hiring performance metrics like TAT (Turnaround Time), Dropouts, etc.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate in any field (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with job boards, Excel, Google Sheets, and email coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, self-driven, and ready to take ownership of hiring targets.
Specializations Based on Role:
IT Recruiter:
Must understand basic tech terms: Java, DevOps, UI/UX, APIs, SQL, Cloud, etc.
Ideal for those passionate about technology and startup hiring.
Non-IT Recruiter:
Experience in hiring for Retail, FMCG, BPO, Sales, Healthcare, Hospitality, etc.
Must be comfortable with volume hiring and handling diverse roles.
