Leading player in the food, grocery, and e-commerce industry, committed to providing seamless delivery experiences to customers. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Delivery Partner Onboarding Specialist to expand our network of delivery partners and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new delivery partners.

• Conduct training and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assist partners with documentation and app usage.

• Address onboarding queries and challenges.

• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• SSLC or higher education qualification.

• 1-3 years of experience in onboarding or recruitment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and onboarding tools.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
