About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Delivery Partners for top platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Zapto, and Blinkit. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates while ensuring an efficient and smooth recruitment process. Your role will help build and support strong delivery teams for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Candidates: Use job portals, social media, and local networks to find potential Delivery Partner candidates.

• Screen & Interview: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for the roles.

• Job Posting & Advertising: Create engaging job descriptions and post on multiple platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Zapto, and Blinkit.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work with delivery platform teams to understand specific hiring needs and timelines.

• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring they complete the necessary documentation and training.

• Manage Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment progress, ensuring timely hires.

• Candidate Experience: Provide regular updates to candidates, maintaining a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years in HR recruitment or similar roles, preferably in logistics, delivery, or operational roles.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Sourcing Expertise: Knowledge of various sourcing techniques to find Delivery Partners efficiently.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms.

• Education: Minimum 10th grade education. A degree in HR or related fields is preferred but not essential.
