About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes across industries such as Tech, Finance, EdTech, Healthcare, Retail, and more. Whether it’s for our Contingency Recruitment or RPO clients, you will play a key role in connecting businesses with the right talent—fast, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer closure.

·       Understand and interpret client requirements across various roles and domains.

·       Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal database, and creative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.

·       Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops between candidates and clients.

·       Contribute to ongoing RPO projects, hiring events, and strategic client assignments.

·       Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

·       Represent Recruiting Genie’s values in every interaction—competence, commitment, and trust.

What We’re Looking For

·       0.6 to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

·       Freshers with strong communication skills and the willingness to learn are also welcome.

·       Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

·       Time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·       A client-first, solution-oriented mindset.

·       Open to occasional travel for work-related events and meetings.
