VIDYA NGO in Mumbai , Powai is looking for an experienced Placement officer to provide soft skill training, counseling and provide job placement.

Key Responsibilities

Network extensively with companies in Mumbai to understand their human resource requirements and job openings.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across industries to collaborate on recruitment drives and placement opportunities.

·         Research job fairs, recruitment portals, and advertisements to source placement opportunities for students.

·         Coordinate with companies to learn about their hiring process, job profiles, and skills required.

·         Work closely with the center coordinators to understand skills and interests of students and align them to suitable openings.

·         Plan and execute on-campus placement drives by partnering with companies.

·         Coach students on interview preparation, resume building, and aptitude tests.

·         Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on placement activities, new openings, student placements etc.

·         Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual placement targets.

·         Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field.

·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, corporate HR or talent acquisition.

·         Strong network in the industry, especially in Mumbai region.

·         Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Strong drive and ability to work under pressure with time-bound targets.

·         High level of integrity and work ethics.

·         Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
