We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR interns to join our team for a 6-month remote internship. This is a paid opportunity ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain valuable experience in the HR field.

Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment processes
2. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for blue-collar and white-collar roles such as security guards, and Sales officers.
3. Coordinate with recruitment channels and databases to identify potential candidates.
4. Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Maintain and update records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
6. Support the team in organizing recruitment drives.

Requirements:

1. Current student or recent graduate in Recruitment, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and in Team Proficiency.
