Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in international hiring—particularly for the Middle East and Europe—and a track record of leading high-performing sourcing and tele-calling teams across diverse industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Sourcing
Plan, manage, and implement sourcing strategies across portals (Naukri, Shine), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and internal databases.
Source candidates aligned with client requirements from various industries.
Maintain trackers and ensure timely uploads to the ATS system.
Proactively address position shortfalls to meet project deadlines.
B. Team Leadership
Lead, train, and mentor sourcing and tele-calling teams.
Allocate responsibilities, resolve sourcing challenges, and improve sourcing quality.
Conduct team briefings, monitor KPIs, and ensure daily reporting.
Evaluate CVs and support team members in technical screening.
C. Job Portals & ATS Management
Operate and assist in job portals like Shine and Naukri.
Use ATS for candidate management, report generation, and data accuracy.
Drive mass mailing campaigns and track application responses.
D. Social Media Hiring
Maintain and grow company presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Create targeted posts and engage candidates via direct communication.
Execute social hiring strategies to attract niche talent.
E. Walk-Ins & Screening
Manage daily walk-ins, brief them on open positions, and line up suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews and ensure all documentation is in place.
F. Reports & Analysis
Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Monitor team productivity and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
G. Follow-Up & Coordination
Ensure smooth candidate experience through consistent follow-ups and confirmations.
Support documentation, form submissions, and backend recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in overseas recruitment (Gulf/Europe markets).
• Strong background in sourcing for Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, FMCG, and Sales/Marketing sectors.
• Familiarity with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to lead teams, manage targets, and deliver under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
