Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, with a focus on residential building projects.

The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, conducting safety audits, and implementing safety policies and procedures.

Candidates required from real estate industry who had worked with residential Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct daily safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

 Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

 Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.

 Provide safety training and conduct toolbox talks for construction workers.

 Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.

 Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation to relevant authorities.

 Respond to safety concerns and provide guidance on safety-related issues.

 Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on site.

 Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (preferred).

 6 to 8 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in residential building projects.

 Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards preferred.

 Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficient in safety software and documentation tools.

 PMC background preferred.
