📞 Candidate Engagement & Onboarding
Ensure a seamless end-to-end hiring experience, from initial contact to offer rollout.
Maintain a high offer-to-joining ratio by providing a great candidate experience.
Collaborate with sales managers to understand their team needs and align hiring efforts accordingly.
✔ 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring.
✔ Strong communication skills and confidence in video-based recruitment.
✔ Experience in conducting on-ground hiring activities (field drives, job fairs, etc.).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
