Job Summary

A Personnel & Administration (P&A) Executive is responsible for overseeing human resources activities, payroll, compliance with labor laws, and office administration. They support workforce management, employee relations, and organizational policies.

2. Key Responsibilities

✅ Personnel & HR Management:

• Recruitment & onboarding of new employees

• Employee records management

• Handling payroll processing and salary disbursements

• Managing employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking

• Performance appraisals and training coordination

✅ Administration & Office Management:

• Overseeing office infrastructure and supplies

• Managing vendor contracts and office maintenance

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Handling travel arrangements and coordination

✅ Compliance & Legal:

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry norms

• Coordinating with legal teams for HR-related matters

• Managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions

✅ Employee Engagement & Welfare:

• Organizing team-building activities and corporate events

• Maintaining employee morale and workplace culture

• Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
