We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top tech talent with our clients. You will play a critical role in helping organizations build high-performing technology teams by identifying candidates who are not only skilled but also a cultural fit.
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Work closely with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Negotiate salaries, benefits, and terms of employment with candidates
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and regulations (including EEO, immigration, etc.)
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Minimum 12th pass and equivalent work experience is preferred
6 months to 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work visas (H1B, GC, TN, etc.)
Proficiency with sourcing tools and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills
