Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals across a range of technologies and domains. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, is familiar with ATS tools, and has a strong understanding of various job portals and hiring models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Identify and engage candidates for internal hiring or external hiring needs.
• Handle hiring models including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) (if working for a recruitment agency).
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal/external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT hiring space.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Bullhorn, Workday, etc.).
• Strong experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience in internal or external hiring processes.
• Exposure to C2H / C2C hiring models, especially in a recruitment agency setup.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
