Ankercloud Technologies Private Limited in Bangalore, Kalyan Nagar is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle.

Job Description

Designation: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru (WFO only)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute best talent acquisition tactics to hire niche candidates.

Manage the recruitment lifecycle of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Craft job descriptions and interview processes that accurately reflect role expectations and attract the best talent.

Drive structured hiring processes, assessments and discussions, to ensure quality hires.

Lead campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives to secure high-potential future talent.

Strong understanding of technical hiring trends, key skills required for cloud-based roles (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms).

Expertise in hiring for cloud-centric technical roles such as DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and ML Engineers.

Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud platforms will be a added advantage.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including interview notes and hiring progress.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly hiring for technical roles in cloud platforms.

Expertise in sourcing candidates through social media, CV databases, and professional networks.

Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to offer closure.

Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit, is an advantage.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

SHRM or PHR Certification is preferred.
