Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and attracting IT and NON IT candidates (developers, network engineers, etc.)

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Support hiring managers throughout the interview process

• Prepare recruitment materials (job descriptions, offer letters)

• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and build candidate pipelines

• Participate in industry events and network with potential candidates

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology

• Passion for recruiting and connecting with people

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
