Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst. Center Manager cum Technician. The Asst. Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Asst.Center Manager CUM Technician will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process.

Role & Responsibilities

• Resolution of customer complaints

• Adherence of centre SOP

• Monitoring and Reporting market trends

• Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting

• Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting

• Maintaining store hygiene

• Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles.

• Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions.

• Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally

ITI or Diploma equivalent
