Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

Guide customers on two-wheeler loan options, eligibility, and documentation.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursals.
Explain EMI plans, interest rates, and financing terms.
Assist in application processing and verification.
Follow up with customers for document submission and approvals.
Maintain records and achieve finance conversion targets.
