Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers with game setup and troubleshooting
2. Managing gaming equipment and ensuring proper functionality
3. Handling bookings and payments
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gaming zone
5. Providing customer service and addressing queries
6. Monitoring customer activities to ensure compliance with gaming rules
(All the above activities will be taught to you during training)
