Counter Sales

As a Shift Lead at a milkshake and ice cream shop, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, managing staff, handling customer interactions, and maintaining a clean and positive environment, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:

• Lead the team during your shift, ensuring efficient service and a positive customer experience.

• Open and close the store, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Ensure all products are well-stocked and prepared according to company standards.

• Handle cash register operations, including accurately processing transactions and balancing the cash drawer.

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.

• Staff Management:

• Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient performance.

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed.

• Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

• Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences.

• Food Safety and Quality:

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and products.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in all areas of the shop.

• Inventory and Ordering:

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper storage conditions.

• Track and report any discrepancies in inventory.
