Responsibilities : A "Front Sales Executive" is a sales professional primarily responsible for directly interacting with customers in a retail setting, generating leads, and closing sales on the shop floor by actively promoting products or services, building customer relationships, and achieving daily sales targets, often requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and proactively approach them to present products or services that align with their requirements.

Product Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively answer customer questions and address concerns.

Lead Generation:Identify potential customers through floor interactions, actively seek new leads, and follow up to nurture relationships

Sales Reporting:

Track sales performance, maintain customer data, and submit regular reports to sales management.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Ability to engage customers in conversation, build rapport, and clearly communicate product information.

Persuasive Selling:

Confidence in presenting product benefits, handling objections, and closing sales effectively.

Customer Focus:

Prioritising customer satisfaction and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

Sales Techniques:

Familiarity with various sales strategies and techniques to approach different customer types

Skills : Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively

Ability to engage customers in conversation, build rapport, and clearly communicate product information.

Work effectively with other sales team members to achieve collective sales goals and support overall store operations.
