Key Responsibilities: Position (Hardware Sales executive)
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior hardware market.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
Present product catalogs, pricing, and technical specifications to clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitable sales growth.
Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, and builders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior hardware, building materials, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of hardware products (handles, locks, hinges, fittings, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B and B2C hardware sales.
Prior experience working with interior designers, and real estate developers.
Knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture fittings.
