Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive Department: Sales Reports to: Store Manager / Sales Manager Experience: 2-5 years in jewellery sales preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of Gold, Certified Diamonds, and Polki Diamond Jewellery. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a flair for luxury product sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection based on their needs and preferences.Explain product features and benefits, including purity, pricing, certification, making charges, etc.Upsell and cross-sell jewellery pieces (gold, diamonds, Polki) based on customer interest.Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in compliance with company policies.Maintain proper display and cleanliness of counters and stock.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and educate customers accordingly.Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing excellent after-sales service.Coordinate with back-office and inventory teams for stock requirements and customer orders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail (especially Gold, Diamond & Polki diamonds).Strong product knowledge of jewellery materials, cuts, quality grades, and certifications.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Fluent in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, ].Presentable and professional with a passion for luxury and fashion.Basic computer skills (for POS and CRM systems).Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Jewellery related courses preferred).Certification in gemology or jewellery design will be an added advantage.
