Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in luxury jewellery retail (diamond, polki, gold, gemstones)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Jewellery Consultant for our premium showrooms in Delhi and Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diamond, polki diamond, gold jewellery, and precious/semi-precious gemstones. You will assist customers with their jewellery purchases, provide detailed product insights, and help create an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.

• Provide expert advice on diamonds (4Cs), polki, gold jewellery (18K/22K), and a wide variety of gemstones (ruby, emerald, sapphire, etc.).

• Understand customer preferences and suggest pieces based on style, occasion, and budget.

• Explain hallmarking, certifications, and care instructions.

• Maintain attractive and organized displays in the showroom.

• Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets.

• Manage billing, invoicing, and packaging efficiently.

• Handle customer queries and follow-ups with a focus on relationship building.

• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, new collections, and gemology basics.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in jewellery retail, especially with diamonds, polki, gold, and gemstones.

• Good understanding of gemstone types, origin, value factors, and treatments.

• Strong communication, client interaction, and presentation skills.

• Professional grooming and a customer-first mindset.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
