Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee product placement and visual merchandising to maximize sales.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs and overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Control expenses and report on financial performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in retail FMCG operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
