KOLKATA CHEMIST CORNOR in Diamond Harbour Road,I wanted a Counter Salesman in retail a medicine shop experience :10 to 15 years in Retail Medicine shop. To assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude and responsibilities such as stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers an in-hand salary of 9,000 to 12,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduation Passed and 10 Years to 15 years of experience in counter salesman in retail a medicine shop, medicine and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role.
