About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the face of our brand, representing our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your role includes assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store’s appearance, and contributing to the store’s overall success.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished regularly.
Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events.
Distribute promotional materials and communicate promotional offers to customers.
Work collaboratively with other sales executives and store staff to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service quality.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Ensure the security of cash, products, and store premises.
Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management immediately.
